Bake-Kote X4 is a water-based, ovenable coating that provides a high barrier to water, water vapor, greases, and fats. It's designed for use in corrugated baking trays for cake-type batters where clean release of the baked item is required. At normal coating levels, Bake-Kote X4 does not impair the natural recyclability of the base paper or board.
